I received a telephone appointment. Dr Patel was excellent, listened carefully to my details, was understanding, sympathetic and keen to respond quickly to my problems. Very satisfied with the treatment today and his manner, and level of courtesy were excellent.

I really understand that this Doctor was delayed and on a Friday. He was very personable but I was told that between hours of 2 and 4 I’d have a call to review medicines that the surgery wasn’t willing to renew.
Every time I spoke, I was interrupted. So I
made the decision to let him speak and I’d give yes or no answers.
Hopefully I’ll be able to see a
Doctor later in the year if need be.

I seem to have the same problem yearly and this was the first time I spoke to this doctor. He was very efficient and listened to me and saw straight away the treatment needed. I was very happy how quick and thorough the consultation was.
